About two years ago, we started using Kolay for leave management. We also decided to use the Performance Evaluation module, thanks to its ease of use and reporting features.
As the HR department, we actively use the reports related to the leave tracking and the performance evaluation application in Kolay. In addition, Kolay offers a user-friendly system with reminders such as anniversary and birthday.
We are glad to maintain our collaboration with Kolay since it offers a structure that everyone can easily use with a simple and plain interface. Kolay makes it very easy for us to carry out our business processes. Compared to the interactive HR system I used before, I think Kolay is a faster, simpler, and more useful system.
Before Kolay, we were conducting our performance evaluation processes manually over documents. However, we switched to Kolay due to the sensitivity we show as a Foundation in paper consumption and our need to speed up operational processes.
