I heard about Kolay from a few companies, especially in the retail sector. I can say that the user-friendliness of the system has an important role in our preference. Just like its name, it’s really easy.

Our aim was to gather the maximum possible data in the growth of Suwen’s and consequently the digitization process on a single platform. In our scattered region structuring, especially the shift module attracted our attention.

We had no difficulties in the onboarding process. As it makes their lives easier, both our center and field employees have adopted Kolay in a very short time. During the onboarding process, Kolay was always just a phone call away. We would like to thank our Customer Satisfaction Specialist Mrs. Kübra.

We are an HR team that is extremely enthusiastic about using every module that Kolay offers. Before Kolay; It was very difficult for us to follow the leave forms and manage overtime and leave requests. At the moment, we can see every detail such as who has the leave for approval, whether the leave for approval is related to overtime work, or which overtime work has been requested. Shift management has been a complete lifesaver. While we used to follow in the mail environment, now we can see the whole picture in a very healthy way thanks to Kolay.

The values ​​that Kolay provides us are that it is an easy application, that improvements can be made with a structure that is very open to the feedback culture, and it enables us to digitalize shift management.

Compared to other HR applications I have used so far, we have seen that we do not need very complex systems with Kolay. Kolay gives us simple thinking with an efficient working environment.
