I first learned about Kolay during a meeting we held with our company founder Tolga Tanrıseven. As a company, we wanted to use our Human Resources functions in a digital and up-to-date environment. Then I reached you with sectoral research. In the demo meeting we held with the Kolay team, we liked the fact that the visuality of the processes was presented in an easily understandable language.

First of all, it was absolutely wonderful that the team that helped us with the transfer of personnel data to the system during the onboarding process had a good command of all processes. The scope of the template containing the data to be imported was also quite wide, which was enough to complete the process in one go. The fact that every data in this template should match the correct information to the correct person requires great care for the user who prepares and imports the data.

In addition, thanks to the integration of Kolay with the Slack application, which we use for in-house communication, the fact that the entire team can instantly monitor in-house activity and leave requests was another factor in our preference for Kolay.

If we list the reasons that enable us to continue with Kolay, the first factor would be the fact that it covers our demands and processes in the long term. Other reasons are that the system has an easy and understandable language, is presented with an aesthetic visual, and of course, in addition to the existing reporting titles, we can manually add or remove the titles of the reports on the system about the company-specific issues.

The program we used for leave requests before Kolay, in which only leave requests were made and managed, made it necessary to follow all other processes separately from different programs. Now, with Kolay, we can quickly run all processes on the same platform with a single login.

Our performance evaluation processes before Kolay were proceeding verbally with the interviews organized among employee-manager and top managers. In the performance evaluation meetings, we will hold in 2021, I think we will have a more efficient process compared to other years, as we will have the opportunity to evaluate the results in digital environment, analyze the results, and archive the evaluation results with the help of the Kolay Performance  Evaluation module.
