We have a lot of common values with Kolay, the main one is industry optimization. Insurancemarket.gr was the first platform in Greece digitalizing the industry, Kolay is optimizing processes and innovate new solutions changing the way employees interact with their company. Kolay’s platform improved our standing as an employer of choice, and it provided our workforce with state-of-the-art technology that increased employee engagement in this competitive industry.

Our most favorite and used features of Kolay are Organizational Chart, People Directory, Annual Leave Management, Reporting, and Salary Tracker. Our HR department mainly uses leave management and custom reporting features. Likewise, the employees benefit from the leave management module while working at home. In addition, they favor peoples’ directory, birthday, and major events tracking features.

Kolay team was very helpful in the beginning and always available without any SLA limitations. The onboarding and data migration was very straightforward. We had some difficulties, but the dedicated customer success manager helped us overcome most of them. A struggle was to create a 360-performance evaluation funnel, but again Kolay team came up with high-quality solutions and workarounds.

We are glad to continue using Kolay thanks to these values it offers: Excellent customer support and superb follow-up on issues, constant updates and new releases, good quality of translations (regarding English and Greek content). 

Compared to the other HR tools that we have used so far, the unique contribution of Kolay is providing support and mobile application. 

We didn’t have in the past a straightforward evaluation process. Now with the help of Kolay and all its new features we are building our 360-performance evaluation. We are in the testing period and looking to roll it out by April 2021.
