We were managing our HR processes over digital data charts. Since we have more than a hundred employees, digital charts were both tiring and taking a lot of time. Our requests for leave and advance payments went hand in hand with paper forms. Therefore, the approval processes were taking a lot of time. When I discovered Kolay, I saw that employees can quickly perform all their transactions on a single screen, together with leave and advance requests in the first place. It was these features that caught our attention.
The convenience offered by Kolay in the onboarding process was that they undertake the data transfer process. The error-free transfer of the data transfer templates we previously worked on to Kolay enabled us to quickly start using Kolay.

Our goal for 2021 is to carry out our Performance Evaluation processes through Kolay. We are currently preparing for the PE application in the HR department.
