Although the Support team was very active during the transition period, we were able to use Kolay without even needing this sometimes.
First of all, we transferred the legally obligatory parts of our personal affairs, which are in the files and that we manually follow, to the system. In this way, seeing the same data with each employee and looking at the same thing and agreeing with each employee provides transparency to the personnel process of HR. The fact that employees can access their files through this common area reinforces the sense of trust in the company, and nothing is more important than that.
Therefore, we save time because, in a system that constantly moves like retail, employees communicate with the system, not with you.
