In a world where digital is the new manual, we, as the HR department, were aware of the necessity of an interactive system that would bring our employees and Outdoor Factory together. Our quest started with our desire to provide HR management to establish a systematic operation. In the following stage, our aim was to minimize the errors caused by manual operations. Keeping all employee information in digital data charts caused significant waste of time in accessing and reporting the requested information about the employees. For this reason, the first feaure that attracted my attention in Kolay is being able to create various reports in line with different category criteria and reach the results I want in a much shorter time. 

In addition, the fact that different reports for leave (paid, unpaid, etc.) and asset maangement are created automatically by Kolay is another important advantage. In this way, we avoided different petition and form examples and ensured order and consistency in our documents. In addition, our employees can forward their requests to the HR department and the manager much more easily and quickly.

Due to the high number of our employees, the time we would spend in the process of processing the data of each employee into Kolay one by one made us think a lot. At this point, we have seen that with the help of our Customer Success Specialist, we can actually enter data collectively via data templates. In this way, we completed the onboarding process much faster than we expected and spread the use of Kolay to our employees.

The feature we use the most as the HR department is reporting. During the day, for many different reasons, we may have to extract the data of our employees who meet certain criteria. The requested information may sometimes require very complex information to be pulled together. Time is the most important thing we have in working life. And with Kolay, we can save time in this sense. Our employees, on the other hand, can request leave (annual leave, unpaid leave, etc.) for different reasons and track them through the system. This way, they can see at what stage they are in the approval process.

We are able to get fast and solution-oriented answers from our Customer Success Specialist and all other Kolay employees, who have been assigned for all the questions we seek to answer and all the support issues we need. This constitutes the fundamental value that will enable us to prefer Kolay for long-term use.
